What payment methods do you accept? 

We accept credit/debit card payments, Paypal and Stripe.

POSTAGE

Can I track where my box/parcel is? 

When we send your Fertility Hope Box or Fertility Hope items, the nominated courier or Australia Post will notify you via email with your tracking number. You can then go to the courier’s website or Australia Post website and track your parcel.

If I’m not home or available when my box/parcel is delivered, what happens? 

If you’re not at home when your Fertility Hope Box or Fertility Hope items are delivered, the courier or Australia Post will leave you a card and instructing next steps to organise another delivery or to pick up your box from your closest delivery depot.

I haven't received my Box/parcel, what should I do? 

Please track your parcel using the tracking number provided by the courier or Australia Post. For any further queries, please contact us via our contact page.

What are the shipping costs? 

Shipping is FREE Australia wide for all purchases over $150 AUD.

Make sure the address you provide us with is correct – we take no responsibility for parcels delivered to an incorrect address in your profile.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes.  Please leave your address and email in the notes section and we will contact you in regards to shipping costs.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

What is your returns and refunds policy?

If any item you purchase from Hopes Held High (including individual items) is damaged or faulty then we will provide a replacement product provided the item is returned within 15 days with proof of purchase.

If you intend to seek a refund or replacement, please contact us via our contact page. Please include your details and reason for the return, and provide photographic evidence of any visible damage to the item/s. If we ask you to return the item, Hopes Held High will bear the costs of all domestic return shipping.

REFILLS

As a gesture of good will and with regard to sustainability, Hopes Held High are offering refills of oils and candles. (Melbourne CBD only)  Oils and candles will retail at 50% off our retail price.  If you would like to take us up on this offer please contact us via the contact form.
